The purse front has a pocket with a magnetic catch. The main body of the purse closes with a zipper. Inside is a smaller zippered pocket, and 2 stash pockets under it. On the outside back of the purse is another small stash pocket. This is a nice stylish  shoulder bag, and could definitely be dressed up, or down. Nice soft black leather, this one is bound to be a favorite.
